At ShirtBlaze, every item is made to order, printed especially for you.
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.
However, your satisfaction matters to us and if there’s ever a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly replace or refund the affected product at no extra cost.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defective item and the packaging

Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
We’ll verify the issue and ship the correct item as soon as possible.
Returns for Other Reasons
Since each product is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size, color, or style ordered
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
We encourage you to check our size guides carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products, such as our printed apparel.
Because all ShirtBlaze items are created specifically for each order, they are exempt from standard withdrawal rights.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
