By purchasing a product, the customer fully accepts these terms.

2. Products

All products offered for sale are made to order using high-quality printing and materials.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color or placement may occur.

3. Order Process

Customers select their items, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout.
An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
For customers located outside the United States, exchange rates and possible conversion fees may be applied by your payment provider.
ShirtBlaze is not responsible for additional currency conversion or transaction fees charged by banks or card issuers.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via approved third-party providers (PayPal or credit card).
The Website does not store any payment information.

6. Production and Shipping

Each item is produced on demand by ShirtBlaze’s printing partners.
Average production time: 2–5 business days
Average delivery time: 2–15 business days, depending on location.
Orders may ship from the production facility closest to the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made to order, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted;
• The item received does not match the order.

If one of these cases applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shirtblaze.com with photos of the item.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Buyers)

Under EU law, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.
However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund it as stated above.

9. Liability

ShirtBlaze shall not be held responsible for any indirect damages, delays due to carriers, or external production errors beyond its control.

10. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, customers may contact us first for resolution.
If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction lies with the competent French courts.
